I have to connect my Engineering educations eons ago and my current fascination with Cost Management and Cost Accounting. I see how the Provider community can and should use such principles that are proven for manufacturing comapnies and even certain service companies to make sense of such technologies, benefits and the so called ROI factor.

There has to be a way.
